Daily Devotion

Praying & confessing God’s will: St Matthew 24:7-10 ”For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.”

Prayer: “Father God, we love & praise You, that these things are recorded to warn us of what things will be like before Christ’s return, that nation will rise against nation & kingdom against kingdom & there will be famines & earthquakes in various places, but these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs, a time of unprecedented trouble, that in various parts of the world people will be handing over to the authorities those who are a Jew or a Christian & some will even be put to death, they will be hated by all the nations because of the name of Christ, some will be offended & repelled by their association with Christ & will fall away & betray & hate one another, thank You, that You will never leave or forsake us, but be with us into the end of the world, in Jesus name, Amen.”
