Daily Devotion

Praying & confessing God’s will: I Peter 5:5-7 “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 

Prayer: “Father God, for younger men & women of lesser experience to be subject to elders, for all of us to clothe ourselves with humility, You oppose the proud & give grace to the humble, to set aside self-righteous pride, You will exalt us to a place of honor at the appropriate time, to cast all our cares & anxieties & worries & concerns, once and for all on You because You care about us, Amen.”
